Dallas, Texas had the Gexa Energy Pavilion was packed on Sept. 7th, as Drake and Wayne performed their hits all night. The two YMCMB rappers go head-to-head on their tour Drake vs. Lil Wayne to see who is the best.
The Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour has turned audience participation up a notch by allowing fans to “tap the app,” which lets fans choose their favorite rapper. Because of this, the energy of the show never lagged; the hits didn’t stop flowing and the lyrics didn’t stop going as both Wayne and Drizzy traded sets.
Nonetheless, the fans had a rooting interest, and this time it was for Drake.
Lil Wayne did have advantage because he was tapped to go first… Of course! The crowd went absolutely ballistic as “Blunt Blowin” started up.
But, fans turned up even more as Drake started to fill the stadium with all his old and recent hits!
Lil Wayne had a little to say, “Anything you can do, I can do better.” Then he came to the microphone to follow-up with “How to Love.”
The concert was extraordinary, with fireworks, flames and laser shows that really emphasized both artists’ star power!
