“For a trusted distribution like WSJ to benefit from genocide — it’s despicable and inadmissible.”
The Wall Street Journal posted an article back in April that connected to a site called “Reality Check Armenia,” which brought the executing of more than 1.5 million Armenians by the Ottoman Government in 1915 “purposeful publicity” as opposed to genocide. Kim Kardashian West, who is of Armenian plummet, resented the article-and the way that the Wall Street Journal even distributed it.
Shocked, Kim put pen to paper and took out a full-page advertisement in the New York Times, impacting the Wall Street Journal for their report and revealing some insight into the truths of the matter.
“It’s one thing when a crappy newspaper benefits from a made-up embarrassment, however for a trusted distribution like WSJ to benefit from genocide — it’s dishonorable and inadmissible.”
“Upholding the foreswearing of a genocide by the nation in charge of it – that is not distributed a ‘provocative perspective,’ that is spreading lies.”
“When we permit ourselves to be quieted by cash, by trepidation and by force, we educate our youngsters that truth is insignificant.”
“We must be in charge of the message we go on to our youngsters. We need to respect the TRUTH in our history with the goal that we secure their future. We need to show improvement over this.”
This isn’t the first occasion when that Kim has stood up about the Armenian genocide however. Simply a year ago she composed a public statement to President Obama in TIME, soliciting him to name the slaughter from 1.5 million Armenians as a genocide.
